  • What should I pay attention to when assembling the bike I ordered?
    Have tools ready, read the assembly instructions carefully, assemble in a suitable space, check the bike thoroughly (brakes, gears, tires).
  • Do you offer a guarantee on your bikes?
    Yes, we offer guarantee. The exact conditions can be found in our general terms and conditions.
  • How long does it take for my order to ship?
    The delivery time for your order depends on your location and the availability of the product. As a rule, the delivery time within Austria is 2-5 working days. For EU orders, delivery time may vary depending on the destination.
  • How much are the shipping costs for my order?
    For orders within Austria and Germany the shipping costs are: 69€ for bikes 19€ for frame and wheels 15€ for trainers 5€ for small parts and accessories For all EU countries the shipping costs are: 79€ for bikes 29€ for frame and wheels 19€ for trainers 15€ for small parts and accessories
  • Which shipping service providers do you use?
    We work with DPD to ensure reliable delivery of your order.
  • Can I track the shipping of my order?
    Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to track the shipping status of your order and view the estimated delivery date.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged in transit?
    We attach great importance to the safe packaging of our products to avoid damage during transport. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the incident and find an appropriate solution by either replacing the damaged product or offering you a refund.
  • Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
    Yes, during the ordering process you have the option of specifying a different delivery address. For example, you can have your order sent to your work address or to friends and family.
  • What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?
    If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery person will usually leave a notification. Depending on the shipping service provider, you will either receive a card with information about pickup at a nearby branch or a new delivery attempt will be made. Please follow the instructions on the notification to place your order in such cases.
  • What does company bike leasing mean?
    Employees have the opportunity to pursue both professional and private journeys in an environmentally friendly manner and benefit from tax advantages and financial support.
  • How does the company bike model work?
    Employer provides company bike for free use: The company provides employees with a company bicycle that is suitable for everyday use and can be used for both business and private purposes. In return, employees undertake to use their bicycles as regularly as possible to get to work or on business trips. Individual adjustment by the employer: Companies can adapt the company bike model according to their ideas and the needs of their employees. Both ordinary bicycles as well as racing bikes and gravel bikes can be used. After consultation with the employer, the employee registers on the relevant platform and the leased bike is financed through monthly installment payments from the gross salary. The financial advantage over purchasing a bicycle privately makes bicycle leasing an attractive option. Up to 40% of the purchase costs can be saved.
  • Added value for employees
    The use of the company bike is also permitted for private purposes. Private use is tax-exempt, which brings financial advantages compared to individual purchases (depending on the company bike model). Depending on the service bike model you choose, extensive insurance coverage is included. Under certain circumstances, the company bike can become your personal property after a certain period of time. - The service bike motivates you to exercise more in everyday life, which can increase personal fitness, well-being and health. It makes a contribution to climate protection. Since January 1st, 2021, the commuter flat rate for the company bike has also been possible. You can freely choose the bike model you want, for example e-bike, MTB, racing bike, city bike, urban bike and many others.
